Announcements

  • The pool will open no later than Memorial Day each year
  • HOA letters with dues amounts will be mailed in the spring each year
  • HOA dues must be paid by member/resident before the pool area may be entered
  • We are seeking volunteers for routine maintenance to keep the pool and the surrounding area usable during pool season

Pool Hours and Rules

Pool Hours

10:00am to 8:00pm from Memorial Day to Labor Day (seasonal operation may vary).

Pool Rules

The pool and playground areas are private property of Seven Hills Estates. Anyone in these private areas who is not accompanied by a resident with HOA fees paid for the current year will be asked to leave.

No lifeguard is on duty in the pool area. However cameras are being installed for the security and safety of our residents and their guests.
  • No running
  • No animals
  • No diving
  • Absolutely NO glass
  • No intoxication
  • No smoking
  • No swimming alone
  • Children under age 14 must be accompanied by an adult
  • Absolutely no dumping in the common ground

How Can I Help?

The pool is regularly serviced by a professional pool maintenance company, paid for with HOA dues of Seven Hills Area 3 residents.  However the pool area, pool house, bathrooms, playground, and surrounding area all require routine maintenance including, but not limited to, daily opening, closing, and cleaning. If you'd like to help, please fill out the form on the Contact Us page and let us know your availability. A schedule will be made available before the pool opens in May.  Check back on the website for for upcoming opportunities to volunteer.
